Baby Bella Mushroom
Estimated time: 10 minutes.
What you need:
- Baby Bella Mushroom (1 package, 8 oz)
 - Olive oil
 - Low sodium soy sauce (2 teaspoons)
 - Sriracha (to taste)
 - Minced garlic (1 teaspoon)
 - Alfredo sauce (1 generous tablespoon)
 
Get to it:
- Wash and cut the mushrooms in large slices (around 3 to 4 per mushroom)
 - On a small pot, coat bottom with olive oil. Turn on medium heat.
 - Add garlic and mushrooms. Never cover, cook it always open, no lid.
 - Mix the mushrooms every so often. After a minute or two, add the Sriracha and soy sauce.
 - When the mushrooms begin to reduce (and give away a lot of water), turn off the heat and remove pot from heat source.
 - Add the Alfredo sauce and gently mix until fully integrated. (Tip: if you like your sauce thicker, you might want to drain half of the liquid before adding the Alfredo.)
 
Optional:
- Add 1 link of your favorite sausage, sliced, at the same time you add the mushrooms.
