Grilled Chicken
Estimated time: 40 minutes. (Plus 4 hours of marinate)
What you need:
- Chicken Thighs (preferably with skin and bone)
- 2 tablespoons of Worsterchire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- Dry Italian Seasoning to taste
- Rosemary
- Sriracha
Prep:
- Add chicken and all of the ingredients into a Ziploc bag
- Close the Ziploc and mix it. Put it on the fridge.
- Try to leave it there for four hours. More than four is also OK.
Get to it:
- Fire up the grill, temp just under or about 400°
- Put the chickens skin down for about 25 mins.
- Turn all pieces, cook for another 10-15 mins, checking internal temperature.
- Chicken should be at 165 F degrees when ready.
- Let it rest before serving for 10 mins. DO NOT skip this part!
