Grilled Chicken

Estimated time: 40 minutes. (Plus 4 hours of marinate)

What you need:

• Chicken Thighs (preferably with skin and bone)
• 2 tablespoons of Worsterchire Sauce
• 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
• Dry Italian Seasoning to taste
• Rosemary
• Sriracha

Prep:

• Add chicken and all of the ingredients into a Ziploc bag
• Close the Ziploc and mix it. Put it on the fridge.
• Try to leave it there for four hours. More than four is also OK.

Get to it:

• Fire up the grill, temp just under or about 400°
• Put the chickens skin down for about 25 mins.
• Turn all pieces, cook for another 10-15 mins, checking internal temperature.
• Chicken should be at 165 F degrees when ready.
• Let it rest before serving for 10 mins. DO NOT skip this part!
