Cooked Shrimp
Estimated time: 30 minutes.
What you need:
- Half Red Onion
- 2-3 Mini Sweet Peppers (yellow, red, and orange)
- 2-3 Dents of Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon of Ginger, minced
- Fresh Parsley (half a bunch or more)
- Dill (dry seasoning)
- One bowl of shrimp
- Olive oil
- Hot sauce
- Lemon salt (Borsari)
- Old Bay
- Lemon juice (half lemon)
Get to it:
- Coat a pot with olive oil.
- On high heat, add and cook the onion, garlic, ginger, and sweet peppers.
- After around 10 minutes, reduce heat to low.
- Add the raw shrimp on top.
- Immediately season to taste with lemon salt, Old Bay, hot sauce, dill.
- Mix it all gently, add the parsley.
- Cook for around 5 minutes, until shrimp is cooked.
- Turn off and squeeze the lemon juice of half lemon on top. Serve immediately.
